The Ultimate in Strength and Stability for Any RCC Rooftop Project.

Build your solar projects on a foundation of pure strength and endurance. BlueBase™ is a superior mounting solution engineered to provide unmatched stability on RCC rooftops. It is specifically designed to handle high loads, making it the perfect, reliable choice for everything from large-scale industrial projects to standard residential rooftops.

Why Choose the BlueBase™?

Choose the BlueBase™ when your project demands a foundation of absolute strength and long-term endurance. It is engineered to provide unmatched stability, making it the most reliable choice for any RCC rooftop, from standard residential buildings to large-scale industrial facilities with high load requirements. The entire system is built for endurance, ensuring that your solar array remains secure and stable for decades, providing peace of mind and protecting your investment.

  • Unmatched Stability
The system is engineered to provide an incredibly stable foundation, ensuring the solar array remains secure on RCC rooftops even under high-load conditions.
  • Heavy-Duty Strength and Endurance
It is built specifically for strength and endurance, making it a reliable, long-lasting solution for the most demanding solar projects.
  • Versatile Application
Designed to be a standard solution for a wide range of projects, from residential rooftops to large-scale industrial RCC roofs.
  • High Load Capacity
Specifically engineered to handle high-load requirements, making it the ideal choice for heavy modules or areas with significant environmental stress.
  1. Compatible Roof
This system is engineered specifically for installation on RCC (Reinforced Concrete Cement) flat rooftops. Its design is optimized to provide a stable, load-distributing foundation suitable for a wide range of flat roof surfaces, from residential buildings to large industrial facilities.
  2. Compatible Module Type
The BlueBase™ system is designed to be used with standard Framed modules. The structure that sits on the base provides secure mounting points for industry-standard clamps that are optimized to grip the aluminum frame of the solar panels.
  3. Module-to-Roof Clearance
The system provides a Fixed, Engineered Clearance determined by the geometry of the base and its support structures. This fixed height and tilt angle are pre-engineered to optimize the balance between energy generation and ballast requirements, while ensuring sufficient airflow for module cooling.
  4. Anchoring Method
The system is secured using a high-performance Chemical Anchoring Method. This process involves attaching the system's base directly to the mother slab of the RCC roof. A high-strength chemical resin, or epoxy, is used to bond threaded rods or anchor bolts into the concrete, creating a connection that is free from expansion stress and often stronger than the concrete itself. This method is chosen for its superior load-bearing capacity and long-term reliability, ensuring the unmatched stability required for the system.
  • The SunRack BlueBase™ is engineered with advanced materials and backed by structural analysis to ensure premium durability and reliable performance, even in extreme weather conditions.
  • Raw Materials:
    Premium-Grade Material: Magnelis® Coated Steel
The system is crafted from Magnelis® , a next-generation metallic coating developed by ArcelorMittal. This unique material is made from a blend of Zinc (93.5%), Aluminum (3.5%), and Magnesium (3%). It forms a self-healing protective layer that is especially effective on cut edges and scratches, making it exceptionally resistant to corrosion. This advanced coating provides 3x better corrosion resistance than standard galvanized steel and is ideal for coastal, humid, and high-pollution environments found across India's diverse climate.
  • Superior Weather Resistance
The SunRack BlueBase™ is proven to withstand wind speeds of 180 kmph. The entire structure is backed by STAAD-Pro structural analysis and has been tested for gust wind conditions, ensuring its durability in extreme stormic weather.
  • Engineered for Strength and Longevity
The system is engineered for strength and coated to last over time. The use of Magnelis® allows for structures that are lightweight yet stronger than conventional materials, which is ideal for residential rooftops. This focus on durability ensures the system can provide over 25 years of reliability and reduces the total cost of ownership by lowering the frequency of maintenance and repairs.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Answers to common questions about the BlueBase™.
1. What is the BlueBase™ system made from, and why is it superior to standard steel?

The BlueBase™ is crafted from steel with a premium-grade Magnelis® Coating. This next-generation metallic coating consists of Zinc (93.5%), Aluminum (3.5%), and Magnesium (3%). It provides 3x better corrosion resistance than standard galvanized steel because it forms a self-healing protective layer, which is especially effective on cut edges and scratches.

2. How well does the BlueBase™ perform in harsh weather like high winds or coastal areas?

The system is engineered for superior weather resistance and is proven to withstand wind speeds of 180 kmph. Its design is backed by STAAD-Pro structural analysis and has been tested for gust wind conditions. The Magnelis® coating also makes it ideal for coastal, humid, and high-pollution environments where traditional coatings often fail prematurely.

3. What pre-engineered variants of the BlueBase™ are available?

The BlueBase™ is available in two standardized tilt angle configurations for easy deployment across India.
A - 10° Tilt Angle variant, which is ideal for Southern India and coastal areas.
B - 15° Tilt Angle variant, which is ideal for Northern and Eastern India.

Both tilt angles are available in two sizes: a 2P×3 configuration for 6 panels and a 2P×5 configuration for 10 panels. Each of these can be ordered with either a 6.5 ft or 8.2 ft ground clearance.

4. Is the BlueBase™ system only suitable for residential installations?

The BlueBase™ is presented as a comprehensive rooftop mounting solution for residential solar deployments. It is a fully standardized, ready-to-deploy system that was purpose-built to support the Government of India's PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana initiative, which focuses on residential rooftops

5. What makes the installation process for the BlueBase™ easy?

The installation is designed to be simple and quick. The system features a simple design with pre-engineered parts that requires minimal tools and training. To ensure a seamless process, every BlueBase™ kit comes with all required hardware included (HDG components, SS Bolts, and Anchor Bolts) and is delivered with a detailed installation guide.
